Life affirming.

3 am was totality.. and I heard something rumbling in my driveway and this black cat come up to me and was the friendliest cat ever. I couldn’t record him snuggling on me bc it was too dark and didn’t want to shine his face with my phone so I waited for him to turn his back to catch him on video bc you couldn’t see him without the flash. But he was like my Grandmas Black cat Blueberry! Just followed me around and all over me and all it wanted was for me to pet him! Like… my heart feels so full of joy! Me, the cat, & the moon. The only ones out.
